LEXINGTON COLLECTION CONTRACT POINTS

Membership Organization

Optional low, flat monthly membership fees or low percentage cap --
your freestyle choice!

Short-term Contracts

No Liquidated Damages

No Royalties

Contract Length: 1-15 years, renewable if in good standings (automatically).

Area of Protection: Defined territory given.

Transfer Fees: $5,000

One-Time Application Fee: $5,000

Initial Fees:

$25,000 up to 100 rooms
$200 each additional room

Monthly Fees:

First 100 rooms $40/room/month
101-125 rooms $34/room/month
126+ rooms $32/room/month
$19/room/month Marketing Fee
$100 per month Conference Fee
