The Lexington Collection is designed around its members. The primary objective is to offer you the opportunity to retain your independence while achieving a higher return on your investment.

CHART THE COURSE: OUR STRATEGIC PLAN

The Lexington Collection premiered to the national media and was introduced for membership in first quarter 2006. Public relations campaigns are constantly being developed and promoted and membership development ads are running in all of the major trade publications. Lexington's membership development team attends all industry trade shows to promote this innovative brand membership.
The marketing team consists of some of the most sought after professionals in public relations, marketing, and creative services. This team creates and designs partnership marketing and advertisement programs, the brand's worldwide directory, and an innovative guest reward program, to name a few.
Lexington's International Development Department is adding to the brand's roster some of the most intriguing properties around the world from countries such as China, Armenia, India, Russia, and the Ukraine.
A special membership program is in place to offer Lexington’s "Charter Members" the unique opportunity to obtain a seat on the brand's Advisory Board to direct the policies for the entire chain.
A membership development team, consisting of seasoned veterans from the industry, travels throughout the country to introduce the brand. Hoteliers are quickly realizing the unique benefits of the Freestyle Membership Model.
Lexington's CRS is in place and the chain's GDS/Internet marketing programs are underway. Lexington has secured a world-wide chain code (LP) in the GDS.
The Electronic Distribution and Tour & Travel Divisions are incorporating Lexington properties into sales presentations all over the world to the travel industry.
Consumer marketing plans are underway. The marketing strategies focus on combining local level and brand sponsored national advertising programs via search engine marketing and consumer advertising. Incentives will be offered to proactive Lexington members who develop and implement their own local and regional ad campaigns.
Additional economies of scale will be achieved through the Vantage Hospitality Group relating to frequent guest programs, production of local property promotional materials, and discounts on AAA TourBooks.
