Former Best Western Potomac View to Fly Lexington Flag
(OXON HILL, MD) January 11, 2008 - The Lexington Collection is proud to announce the addition of the former Best Western Potomac View in Oxon Hill, Maryland as the newest member of its growing brand.
The 194-room hotel is located less than a mile from the newly constructed Gaylord National Harbor, which boasts over one million square feet of retail shops, hotels and convention space.
The hotel, renamed the Lexington Hotel-Washington D.C., features 7500 square feet of meeting space with a banquet room, a 24-hour business center, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a cocktail lounge and bar. A restaurant is also featured on-site.
The property is currently undergoing a multimillion dollar renovation to the exterior, landscaping, ballroom and function areas, and the seventh and eighth floors are being converted to concierge floors.
