- Lexington properties are represented worldwide through our active participation at travel industry events, immediately generating leads for our members. The brand works closely with travel agents, consortias, group planners, and travel management companies to develop sales and promotional opportunities.
Electronic Distribution & Internet Marketing Programs
- Lexington’s Central Reservation System (CRS) provides the highest level of connectivity available, with a secured worldwide chain code (LP) in the GDS. Lexington members have the competitive advantage of the most state-of-the-art CRS in the industry, offering room distribution via all third-party websites, GDS providers, and brand and property websites. In addition to other channel revenue management programs, Lexington offers custom property-specific website development. Lexington also provides comprehensive Revenue Management, Search Engine Marketing and Optimization programs to ensure maximum benefit from all distribution channels. Maintaining a premier presence via all Internet channels is always a key priority for the brand.
Public Relations Campaigns
- Lexington participates in ongoing public relations campaigns directed toward the consumer media and lodging industry trade publication press. The Lexington membership development team attends all major industry trade shows to promote the brand and increase recognition among hoteliers worldwide. - We provide a complete system of ongoing training for each member covering sales, marketing, and operations through Vantage Academy and the American Hotel&Lodging Association's Certified Hotel Administrator's program. All programs are constantly updated to ensure the current market conditions are addressed in order for our members to take advantage of all the revenue-generating opportunities.
Consumer Marketing Strategies
- In addition to Lexington's extensive online marketing travel industry sales campaigns, the brand also has a strong regional and national presence through ad schedules in the premier travel and lifestyle publications. Partnership marketing campaigns further enhance Lexington's presence by offering more than 50 million additional consumer impressions at no charge to our members. Partners include American Express, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent-A-Car, and various Travel Guides.
Lexington Experience
- The Lexington Experience Guest Reward program offers members a new level of express service and immediate rewards from the minute they walk through our doors. This free membership includes a 15 percent discount on Experience cardholders' stay, free room upgrade when available, exclusive perks while staying at a Lexington hotel, discounts with some of our strategic national partners, and much more. There are no additional fees charged to Lexington's members
for this program.
Target 100
- The Target 100 program is the brand’s commitment to provide an exceptional experience for each and every guest. The 2009 Lodging Hospitality Chain Leadership Award winning program encompasses a solution-based process that addresses a guest's concerns on the spot by extracting any negatives from the guest's experience and thus providing a positive outcome. The three-tier program guides the operating staff in immediately handling complaints and offers a step-by-step process and resolution recommendations based on the level of complaint.
